About the Role:

As an HVAC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive solutions for the installation, service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of a wide range of HVAC equipment. You will be working with reputable clients, including well-known names so must present the company in a good light.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: Up to 40,000 depending on experience (DOE)
• Company Van: Option for personal use of the vehicle
• Overtime: Paid at 1.5x standard rate
• Working Hours: 40-hour week; travel paid after 30 minutes each way
• On-Call Allowance: Guaranteed 1,200 for 1 in 4/5 rotations; travel paid door-to-door for call-outs
• Pension Scheme
• Additional Perks: Company uniform, phone, and PDA provided

Minimum Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent qualification
• 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas) certification
• Full Driving Licence
• Proven experience in service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of HVAC systems
• Resident in the Midlands area
