Job description

Are you an experienced HVAC or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a Plumbing or HVAC background, looking for a new mobile role?

This national Facilities Services provider is expanding due to a new contract win, working across commercial buildings in Brighton and the South.

As an HVAC / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance of commercial plumbing, heating, and HVAC systems across multiple sites.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Maintenance and repairs of plant rooms, including heating and ventilation systems
  • Servicing and troubleshooting plumbing and heating systems, including radiators, TRVs, sinks, and showers
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with industry standards

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Plumbing & Heating Engineer (NVQ Level 2/3 in Heating & Ventilation or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of commercial buildings and plant rooms
  • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and heating system maintenance
