HVAC Engineer

We are looking for a HVAC Engineer to join the team at the European Headquarters of an innovative international company.

In this role, you will be based at a static site, managing all aspects of facilities maintenance covering reactive breakdowns as well as PPM and servicing.

You will work on a range of systems including HVAC, plumbing, pumps, fan coil units, heating, and air handling systems. The role will be 40 hours per week but will require flexibility to work on an out-of-hours on-call rota for emergency breakdown cover.

Identify and manage the risks to the client through the equipment on site, including identifying critical spares, improving performance of equipment, managing the environmental conditions on site through the BMS system, and running all equipment efficiently while improving and implementing the preventative maintenance program.

Using new equipment and technologies to maintain a working and comfortable environment, liaising with the client on any requests for certain reactive and PPM tasks.

Fault finding on all types of HVAC equipment with a bias towards the maintenance of Variable Refrigerant Volume air conditioning systems. Working with refrigerant and having the necessary qualifications in the handling of F-Gas.
