Location - Multiple sites across Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, and Northamptonshire

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Holidays: 25 days + Bank Holidays

About the Role as a HVAC Contracts Manager

We are looking for a HVAC Contracts Manager to oversee and coordinate a variety of HVAC projects. This hands-on role involves managing a skilled team of HVAC engineers and subcontractors while ensuring projects run smoothly, meet client expectations, and maintain profitability. You will also work closely with our M&E and Interiors teams to support multi-discipline projects.

Key Responsibilities as HVAC Contracts Manager

1. Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee HVAC projects from start to finish.
2. Team Leadership: Manage, support, and develop a team of HVAC engineers, including conducting bi-annual appraisals.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Quoting & Financial Oversight: Prepare quotes, track job performance, and ensure projects meet turnover and profit targets.
5. Health & Safety Compliance: Conduct site risk assessments, oversee H&S responsibilities, and manage documentation.
6. Site Management: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments.
7. Work Planning: Manage the HVAC team's workload and ensure all inquiries are responded to promptly.

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installations, and maintenance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects
• Health & safety knowledge, including risk assessments
