Job Title: HVAC / Commercial Gas Engineer

Location: South Wales / Cardiff

Covering areas: Blackwood, Caldicot, Cardiff, Cheltenham, Coronation Square, Cwmbran (New), Evesham, Twyford Services PFS, Gloucester, Hereford, Newport

Salary: £46,078 (includes on call allowance – 1 week in every 4)

Hours: 42.5

We are advertising this role on behalf of our client ‘City Facilities Management’. City was established in 1985 and has grown to become one of the world's largest privately held, integrated FM companies. They are now actively recruiting for a HVAC / Commercial Gas Engineer to look after ASDA stores in the South Wales regions. This is an outstanding HVAC/Commercial Gas opportunity for people looking to further develop their career in a multi-site HVAC environment where delivering service excellence is the over-riding objective.

Overview

1. We are now looking to recruit a qualified Commercial Gas / Heating Engineer who has experience across multi-site, carrying out service and maintenance on heating systems.
2. You will hold recognized Commercial Gas qualifications (Essential) – you will have at least 4 of the following qualifications: COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CDGA1, CCP1.
3. F Gas (2079) qualified (Essential).
4. 18th Edition (Desirable).
5. Experience of HVAC/Gas in a multi-site environment.
6. Dealing directly with customers, on site management teams.
7. Full Driving Licence and willing to travel on a daily basis.
