Our client is a leading FM hard service provider with the public health and Commercial office space market. They are looking for an experienced BDM to sell hard service maintenance contracts into the health sector through local authorities & government health departments and the private commercial office landlord agents.
As the successful Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
Growth of sales and winning new business with blue chip commercial clients, hospitals, universities, and offices.
Client engagement and retention, ensuring strong relationships with blue chip commercial clients.
Implementing strategic development for continued growth and to hit targets set.
Leasing and assisting the Tender & Bid Team in preparing successful submissions to blue chip commercial clients in need of hard facilities management services.
Utilising a CRM to maintain a healthy list of prospect clients.
Hunting down new business and turning blue chip & commercial company leads into clients.
To be successful in getting the Business Development Manager position you will need:
Strong prior experience selling a Hard Facilities management service to blue chip & commercial clients.
A strong understanding of a CRM system and how to utilise them.
Experience with tender preparation and the submission process.
A strong sales background.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
To be located within a commutable distance of East London/ Kent.
A full UK driving license as you will be covering London and the surrounding home counties.
Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday
Benefits and Package:
Competitive base salary of £65,000 - £70,000.
Performance related bonus; 10% of yearly basic salary.
Mileage allowance + oyster card.
