HV Electrical Project Manager

£60,000 - £65,000 + Car allowance + 5 weeks holiday + Pension

Location: Redditch

Are you an Electrical Project Manager from a HV background looking to join a company with ambitious growth plans? This role offers the opportunity to progress within the company, drive revenue, and step into a more senior leadership role.

This is an autonomous position where you will be the go-to Project Manager for large installations across the country with full fiscal responsibility.

Join an ambitious start-up with a sustainable pipeline of contracts, providing a full spectrum of services to maintain high and low voltage systems, offering tailored solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential sites.

Accredited on the NERS scheme and NICEIC, the company specializes in utility connections, cable joining, substation works, DNO services, and renewable energy projects.

The Role:

1. Achieve the financial objectives and targets set for all contracts.
2. Take ownership of named contracts and ensure delivery aligns with contract conditions, customer requirements, and Company Directors.
3. Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Monitor and mentor young and new employees on the company's work ethos and systems.

The Person:

1. Project management or supervising background.
2. High Voltage installation background.
