Our Human Rights department acts for individuals, groups, and organisations which bring challenges against public authorities (such as government bodies, local authorities, and agencies) in a range of areas such as civil liberties, human rights breaches, community care, and regularly acts in Inquest & Court of Protection cases.
The successful candidate will work within a dynamic department that specializes in public law but brings a range of challenges against public bodies across different areas. The work will include issues of both domestic and international human rights law and work with both NGO and individual clients, including vulnerable individuals.
