  • HR Advisor (EMEA) – Leave and Exit Management
  • Contract (4 months)
  • c£20.00 to £23.00 (via PAYE) or c£25.00 to £28.00 per hour (via Umbrella)
  • Hybrid-Working (x3 days in Uxbridge, x2 days Remote Working)

The Opportunity:

You will be working as part of a team providing First Line Employee Support to internal colleagues (c1500 staff) reporting to the EMEA HR Shared Services Manager.

We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic about their career in Human Resources, enjoys helping employees find answers to their HR-related questions, and is interested in continuing to build upon their knowledge across all HR functions.

Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of one/two years of experience managing employee absence and/or exit management.
  • HR Shared Service experience, ideally working with HRIS systems like Workday.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, practices, procedures, laws, and system tools working with confidential information.
  • Must possess a strong customer service orientation, while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality with each interaction.
  • Possess strong Microsoft Office skills (especially with MS Excel and MS Visio); ideally with some experience of data analysis and case management tools (ServiceNow).
  • Degree qualified in a related HR field or CIPD qualified.
