We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented People Operations Manager to oversee and optimise our HR systems, processes, and workflows. The role can be based in Brentwood or London with regular visits to both locations required. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our People function, including managing the HR system, employee self-service processes, payroll provider relationship, and providing management information to support business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in People Operations, be highly process-driven, and exhibit exceptional attention to detail. You will also manage a team of 2 administrators and work closely with senior leadership to ensure that HR operations align with the company's strategic goals.
