An award-winning luxury hotel in Hertfordshire is looking for a talented HR Manager to join their team. With a focus on employee engagement, culture, and compliance, you’ll play a key role in shaping HR operations and fostering a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations from recruitment to exit interviews.
  • Lead employee culture and engagement initiatives aligned with the brand’s values.
  • Provide guidance on employment law and support management teams.
  • Identify training and development opportunities for all employees.
  • Drive succession planning, retention strategies, and employee development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role with a hospitality background, 4* Hotel experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.

Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE
