My client is looking to recruit for a HR Administrator on a 4 Month contractual basis to support with an ongoing HR Transformation Programme.
As a HR Administrator, you will be the main point of contact for all HR related queries, along with supporting a new HRIS go-live with Workday.
This is a junior level role that will suit anyone with HRIS Administration exposure with around 1/2 years of experience. This will be paying £200 per day and requires 3 days per week in Watford.
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with HR managers and other stakeholders to determine HRIS needs.
Analysing HRIS performance metrics and resolving application issues.
Creating user accounts, managing access, and updating employee information.
Performing system upgrades, as well as providing training and technical support.
Developing and implementing new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
Recording and securely storing HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data.
Auditing HR processes and documents, including payroll administration, staff turnover, hiring, and termination of service, when required.
