Job description
  • The Human Resources Coordinator will be the provide support to the hotel staff members and managers, assist with recruitment needs, plan employee related events, etc
  • We are looking for friendly, polite, and courteous applicants who will provide prompt and efficient customer service to our guests and employees
  • The Human Resources Coordinator will be involved with the operations and will assist department managers to ensure a focus on the following areas: guest services, employee relations, schedules/department organization, property appearance, and profit/financial control
  • They will also coordinate, direct, and manage the staff and everyday hotel operations to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction and efficiency while maintaining standards set by the company
  • The HR Coordinator will communicate daily with the Home Office and uphold the company's policies and procedures
  • Responsibilities include providing a high level of customer service to each guest staying at the hotel, recruit for qualified candidates to fill the open positions at the hotel, provide operational support for the hotel, assist with benefit enrollments, coordinate employee events to include appreciation lunches, outings, etc., complete administrative tasks, etc

The Nantasket Beach Resort is currently searching for a Human Resources Coordinator to join the team! The Human Resources Coordinator will be the provide support to the hotel staff members and managers, assist with recruitment needs, plan employee related events, etc. We are looking for friendly, polite, and courteous applicants who will provide prompt and efficient customer service to our guests... and employees.

Candidates must be willing to relocate and/or commute to Hull, Massachusetts.

Shifts: Full Time position must be available to work with a flexible schedule, shifts starting between 8:00AM-8:30AM, and ending between 5:00PM-5:30PM.
