What you will do as Human Resources Coordinator at Great Scotland Yard Hotel

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for the daily tasks of the department including administrative tasks, payroll, learning & development and internal communication & engagement, amongst other, as well as for being the main point of contact for all colleagues in the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for HR, handling day-to-day queries and receiving external visitors.
• Assist and support in tasks from recruitment and employee relations to recognition & social events, as well as handle the internal communication.
• Manage HR systems, payroll, employee records, and compliance.
• Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Assist with training, compliance, and development initiatives.
