The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator is responsible for the company’s success by coordinating the recruitment, administration, and performance initiatives of DataXoom employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  2. Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  3. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  4. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
  5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
  6. Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  7. Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement and development programs.
  9. Provide subject matter expertise in handling the disciplinary processes and formal grievances.
  10. Manage HR vendor relationships; serve as a liaison.
  11. Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  1. 3+ years of Human Resource experience
  2. Associate Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Entrepreneurial drive and work ethic.
  5. Strong attention to detail.
  6. Prompt, motivated self-starter.
  7. Easily adaptable.
