What will I be doing?
- Lead and manage small-scale investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and allegations of misconduct.
- Arrange investigation logistics, including booking meeting rooms and coordinating with relevant parties.
- Complete investigations in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining discretion and professionalism.
- Conduct meetings with complainants, witnesses, and subjects of investigations.
- Ensure all relevant information is captured and documented.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all investigation activities, including meeting notes, findings, and final reports.
- Ensure documentation is confidential and properly filed.
- Report case updates to the HR Director regularly.
- Follow up with managers to ensure ER cases are processed in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support for HR-related projects.
- Assist with the Beekeeper project or any other tasks assigned by the HR Director.
What are we looking for?
- You will be a confident communicator and excellent grooming standards with the ability to lead and develop your team and influence across all areas of the business.
- You will have a hands-on approach and take a proactive role with managers in order to identify and support Learning & Development needs for all levels.
- Strong knowledge of the hotel standards with evidence of successful implementation of high level service and product standards.
- Accountable and resilient.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- You will need to possess excellent organization and time management skills with an eye for detail and the ability to use own initiative.
- Communication skills with the ability to build strong and effective working relationships with the management team.
ELIGIBILITY
- In line with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must have the eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
- Documentation is required at interview stage (for EU Nationals share code requested to check EU Settled/Pre-Settled status).
