Role Overview

Coordinate and manage standard HR processes from start to finish, providing frontline HR services to employees while supporting the HR Advisory & Recruitment teams.

Key Activities & Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and enhance the onboarding process, including pre-employment checks, internal communication, and induction sessions.
  2. Handle initial HR inquiries, email, phone, or in person, offering timely support and directing issues as needed.
  3. Lead relevant projects and assist the HR advisory team with ad hoc work.

Administration:

  1. Maintain employee records throughout the employee lifecycle.
  2. Manage HR systems, including data input, running reports, and providing training.
  3. Ensure accurate tracking of joiners, probations, leavers, and other employee statuses.

Recruitment:

  1. Assist with recruitment and interview processes, updating candidate statuses, and arranging interviews.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agents and hiring managers.
  3. Attend business support interviews as needed.

Skills and Experience

  1. 1-2 years' experience in a generalist HR role (HR Coordinator/Administrator/Assistant).
  2. Experience with HR information systems.
  3. Experience in the legal industry, partnerships, or professional services.
  4. Experience assisting with recruitment processes.
