I am currently looking for a HR Coordinator for a beautiful destination hotel in Surrey! A premium venue set in idyllic countryside with a focus on exceptional accommodation, food, and service. Due to the location of this hotel, the ability to drive / have a car is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing employee administration.
- Assisting with recruitment tasks such as reviewing applications, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and advertising roles.
- Supporting employee relations by advising managers on performance, absence, and other people-related issues, while managing HR documentation.
- Supporting local career fairs and ensuring timely processing of recruitment outcomes.
- Handling monthly payroll.
About you:
Educated to degree level or equivalent; ideally CIPD qualified. Proven experience in a similar HR/Recruitment role, within hospitality.
