Human Resources Business Partner - 1 year Fixed Term Contract

Would you like to join us as a HR Business Partner (1-year Fixed Term Contract) in our Support Office in Pinner, Harrow in Damira Dental Studios?

Offering modern, well-equipped facilities, our dynamic and expanding group of 42 dental practices offers NHS, private and specialist care.

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (1 Year FTC) who is keen to develop their skills further and join our team to manage our HR desk.

HRBP (Fixed Term Contract)

Location:

1st Floor, The High Barn, Pinner Hill Farm, Pinner Hill Road, Pinner, Middlesex, HA5 3YQ

Nature of Employment:

Full time, 12-month Fixed Term Contract

Salary Range:

Based on experience. Will be discussed at the time of interviews.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Experience of delivering and/or managing the end-to-end employment cycle
2. Managing employment relations issues such as grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions including note-taking
3. Delivering mid to large formal consultation processes such as redundancies
4. At least 3 years working in a fast-paced commercial HR department
5. Able to draft own letters and responses with minimal intervention
6. Team player
7. Suitable industries would be Dentistry, retail, hospitality, FMCG

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Involved in a HR change project
2. Working with a bureau outsourced payroll provider
3. Using HR metrics and data to support recommendations and guidance to the business
4. Previous experience as a HR Assistant

Please note this is an office-based role located in Pinner, Harrow, 5 days a week; may be open to a compressed working pattern such as 4 days per week 8 am - 5:30 pm.
