Human Resources Business Partner

Caraffi – Southampton, City of Southampton

Caraffi are working with a long term client to help them find a brilliant HR Business Partner, initially for a 3 month engagement (likely to be extended). This role will need somebody on-site in Southampton 2-3 days a week, with the rest from home. The ideal candidate will need strong and demonstrable experience of change management, as well as the ability to drive the people agenda and be the first point of contact for your department.

You will coach leaders to help them on a variety of skills, with the ultimate goal to improve business performance through engagement and wellbeing of staff, holding leaders to account on values and principles. You will support the Head of HR where required, drive improvements in annual key people activity, identify trends/risks and opportunities, challenge, and bring a people first mindset.
