My Local Government Client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their established HR & OD function and support the project management of a large change project in the Communities Directorate.
This role is initially for 6 months with excellent hybrid working arrangements.
This role covers the full generalist remit with a focus on departmental structural changes, oversight of the change and planning, with metrics and outcomes, and supporting and guiding managers. This role will also support some aspects of employee relations, and candidates must be able to demonstrate experience across this remit.
