Join Ocado Logistics as our Regional People Partner
We are seeking a Regional People Partner (HRBP) to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role involves travel across London and its surrounding areas, including Crawley, Weybridge and Erith. Travel expenses for train fares or car mileage will be reimbursed!
In this exciting role, you’ll collaborate closely with site leaders, managers, and our HR team to shape a thriving, inclusive culture that empowers our people to succeed. You will own the HR strategy acting as a consultative subject matter expert, playing a key role in shaping the employee experience, driving business performance, and fostering a supportive and innovative work environment.
