Job Description

As HR Analyst you will be the main person across the business initiating change, delivering initiatives and enhancing HR systems throughout Europe. You will be responsible for mapping out change and implementing projects. With the help of the Technology team and Business Process Owners you will experience full project lifecycles including supporting the testing and training across the board.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a business analyst and/or project manager
  2. Experience and knowledge in Workday essential
  3. Experience and knowledge in major payroll applications, e.g. ADP, SAP HR, essential
  4. Experience in other HR and collaboration technology, e.g. LinkedIn, Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, desirable
  5. Experience in an HR role is a nice to have but not essential
  6. Skilled at capturing business requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria
  7. Skilled at process design and improvement
  8. Skilled at application testing - developing test scripts, reviewing test results
  9. Ability to take a data-driven and analytical approach when understanding and analysing business requirements
  10. Excellent collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders across all levels, ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  11. Business Analyst qualifications ideal
  12. Experience in both waterfall and agile project methodologies a bonus
