Key Responsibilities:
Manage and analyse HR data using Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance across the firm’s portfolio.
Support entire employee lifecycle.
Provide insights on workforce trends, compensation, and talent analytics to drive business performance.
Assist in HR process improvements, system enhancements, and implementation of best practices.
Act as the go-to person for Workday queries and provide training and support to internal users.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Assistant, ideally within a private equity, financial services or professional services environment.
Workday expertise is essential; you should be comfortable using the platform for reporting, data management, and HR processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear, actionable way.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
