Job description

HR Advisor, Rochdale, £32,000 - £34,000, Permanent, Hybrid (1 day working from home).

Our client is a well-established organisation undergoing a period of growth and transformation. As part of their ongoing commitment to developing a strong and engaged workforce, they are looking to appoint a HR Advisor to provide support across key people initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.

Reporting into the HR lead, this role will focus on providing HR advisory and business partnering support across the full employee lifecycle. You will work closely with key stakeholders, offering guidance on employee relations, performance management, and development initiatives. This role will also play a key part in ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures while supporting recruitment, engagement, and talent development activities.

You will be a proactive and solutions-focused HR professional with experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and coaching skills will be essential, as you will work closely with managers to develop their capability in handling HR matters. A background in manufacturing, logistics, or retail would be advantageous, along with a CIPD qualification (or working towards one). Our client will consider an HR Assistant who is ready to take the next step into an HR Advisor role; essentially you will have gravitas and a strength of character to build solid relationships with a variety of key stakeholders across the business. You will be a quick learner, able to pick new tasks up easily and enjoy working at pace. In return, you will have a strong mentor and work amongst an impressive peer group to help you achieve your goals.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to take on a varied and hands-on role within a supportive and evolving business. If you are looking for a role where you can make an impact and develop your career, we would love to hear from you.
