We’re working with a well-established organisation based in Leicestershire who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and knowledgeable HR professional with a solid grasp of Employment Law and a passion for shaping impactful HR policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied HR caseload with professionalism and discretion
• Work closely with department heads to understand team dynamics and identify trends or issues
• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
• Provide recruitment support across the business when required
• Compile and present regular HR reports to inform decision-making
• Lead or support grievance and disciplinary processes as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• CIPD Level 5 (or above) – a degree or equivalent qualification is desirable
• Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional approach
• Confident in analysing and interpreting HR data to support business improvements
