Recruiting human resources professionals in the commercial sector

Are you a proven CIPD qualified HR Professional that would be interested in a 6 month ftc working for a commercial organization in Brentwood? This role will require you to be on site 5 days per week.

This is a pivotal role where you will be providing HR advice, managing employee relations (ER) cases and supporting various HR projects.

Responsibilities:

• Offer HR advice to employees, managers and stakeholders on policies, procedures and processes.
• Lead and manage ER cases including reviews, investigations, disciplinaries and grievances.
• Support large scale employee relations activities such as restructuring and consultations.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
• Update company policies.
• Deliver HR orientation to new employees and training to People Managers.

Minimum Requirements:

• CIPD Qualified or equivalent.
• Proven HR experience of working at this level.
• Proven experience in managing Employee Relations (ER) cases.
• Ability to influence at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
