Our client is looking for an experienced Human Resources Administrator.
Provide a customer-focused and professional HR administrative and transactional service in line with organisational policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Undertake all administration of employee contract changes and leaver processes – update Agresso records, produce necessary contractual changes, confirmation letters. Monitor return of all contractual changes.
- Monitor the HR Service desk, triage ‘calls’ and assign as necessary. Respond to 1st and 2nd level queries within the remit of the role – HR processes, Agresso queries, and payroll queries.
- Support the HR Advisers with all end-to-end recruitment support and administration to ensure a prompt time to hire.
- Complete all on-boarding procedures for new starters including pre-employment checks and set up of employee record on U4BW.
- Provide new employees with access to the Learning Management System to enable access on the on-boarding process. Monitor completion of all mandatory modules.
- Monitor completion of probationary periods and highlight any concerns to HR Advisers as and when required.
- Provide technical support for:
- Assigned routine data cleansing.
- Agresso testing.
- First line support for employee Agresso queries – act as a troubleshooter to identify issues and solutions.
- Ensure employee work schedules are updated and accurate.
- Undertake position and line management changes in Agresso.
- Update the Council’s Internet and Intranet with new HR Policies and documents.
- Provide technical and system support for the Northgate system, including inputting of JE scores, data cleansing, and backup.
- Maintain and keep updated all HR procedure notes.
- Provide backup support for data reporting.
- Provide other ad hoc support within the team to enable the delivery of corporate/team objectives. Undertake specific areas of work as assigned to deliver capacity and achievement of priorities across the team – acting as One Team.
