What you'll be doing
As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team and ensuring the smooth running of HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Managing and maintaining HR records, trackers, and data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  2. Processing employee documentation, including contracts, payroll changes, and benefits administration.
  3. Supporting HR-related queries from colleagues and providing guidance on policies and procedures.
  4. Arranging and scheduling meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  5. Assisting with HR reporting and compiling key HR metrics.
  6. Supporting the administration of employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives.
  7. Ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment regulations.

What we're looking for
We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should have:
  1. Previous experience in an HR administration role or a similar administrative position.
  2. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR systems.
  6. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  7. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
