We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team in Peterborough, Ontario. As a member of our team, you will play an integral role in our everyday HR delivery and business stakeholder experience. The HR Business Partner will perform all aspects of HR with an emphasis in the areas of administration, compliance, benefits, compensation, recruitment, development, and retention.
Partnering directly with the General Manager, Director of HR and site management team, the HR Business Partner is a key member of the leadership team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role, responsible for leading the implementation of HR activities and initiatives.

What you will be doing:
Rolls-Royce has entered into an agreement to divest a portion of our business to Fairbanks Morse Defense. As part of this agreement, the role you are applying for will transition to Fairbanks Morse Defense after the closing of the transaction, expected mid-year 2025.
Fairbanks Morse Defense (FMD) manufactures, assembles, tests, and services a range of mission critical products for Naval Applications including reciprocating engines, motors, motor controllers, valves, actuators, water purification systems, davits, elevators, and deck machinery. FMD is a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management and a leading provider of reliable marine power solutions.
