ROLE OVERVIEW:We have a fantastic opportunity to join our HR Team at Cardo. As HR Coordinator, you will be working closely with the Head of HR and wider HR function to support our ambitious people plans. This will be a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, while contributing to a positive employee experience. You will also work closely with the wider People Function, supporting plans and initiatives to improve our people experience and support an engaged and growing workforce.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:Essential- Positive and engaging approach, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience with HR software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, work independently and proactively, while managing multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Essential:- Oversee employee benefits and schemes, streamlining processes and providers.
- Support the roll-out of new systems, processes and ways of working.
- Develop progressive HR interventions and a positive Employee Value Proposition.
- Assist the Head of HR with projects oversight, policy development and reporting.
- Help prepare HR reports, metrics, and presentations for management as needed.
- Coordinate employee wellness and engagement programs to improve overall employee satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with internal communication colleagues to support activity and drive awareness.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated clearly to employees and are kept up to date.
- Prepare and present HR reports and metrics on key employee data, including turnover, absences, training completion, and other HR-related KPIs.
