Job description

You will act as a subject matter expert, engaging stakeholders across the organization to embed a culture of HSE excellence, enhance the HSE Management System, and promote continuous improvement. This role requires a strong background in safety leadership, change management, and strategic planning in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelors in engineering, Science, or related field
  2. 8+ years’ experience in HSE, with a strong track record in strategic development within Oil & Gas or Petrochemicals
  3. Must have strategic experience with HSE Improvement initiatives
  4. Demonstrated success in culture change, stakeholder engagement, and communications for HSE improvement
  5. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
