Location: Doncaster

Are you a HSE Advisor looking to be a go-to HSE specialist for a well-established and profitable business, with clear routes to progress further, autonomy in the role, a competitive package, a variety of work, and ongoing training and development?

You will be recognised as the go-to person for HSE within a Rail Engineering business. Working with prestigious clients across the UK, you will communicate with colleagues, suppliers, and clients, promoting best practices and ensuring compliance remains paramount, visiting a variety of sites across the country.

This business has gone from strength to strength in recent years, off the back of recent success with exciting growth plans and a full order book, making this a fantastic time to get on board and play a key role in their future.

The Role:

  1. Go-to HSE Specialist, advising on best practices and ensuring compliance is paramount.
  2. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and colleagues, offering technical advice on HSE related issues.
  3. Develop risk assessments, conduct audits on site, and suggest improvements.

The Person:
  1. NEBOSH Certificate.
  2. Rail industry or similar background.
  3. Happy to stay away overnight 1-2 times per week.
