Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
2. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.
3. Provide training and support to staff on safety practices.
4. Monitor and report on safety performance.
5. Investigate incidents and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an HSE Advisor or similar role.
2. In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and procedures.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) preferred.
