Job Description

1. Implementing the HRIS system
2. Implementing an HR ticketing system
3. All HR Reporting, use of Power BI - reporting this to the Board
4. Data Migration, and decommissioning of other systems

The Successful Applicant

1. Experience implementing an HRIS system end to end
2. Very comfortable with HR reporting and people analytics
3. Proficient user of Power BI is desirable
