Job Description
- Implementing the HRIS system
- Implementing an HR ticketing system
- All HR Reporting, use of Power BI - reporting this to the Board
- Data Migration, and decommissioning of other systems
The Successful Applicant
- Experience implementing an HRIS system end to end
- Very comfortable with HR reporting and people analytics
- Proficient user of Power BI is desirable
