HRIS Specialist - HiBob

We are seeking a dedicated HRIS Specialist proficient with HiBob to support the Human Resources team within a fast-paced FMCG environment on a temporary basis in South Manchester

Description

• Manage and maintain the HiBob HRIS system
• Facilitate data integrity checks and audits
• Develop and deliver HiBob training to HR team and wider organisation
• Generate HR reports and analytics
• Support HR and payroll processes
• Contribute to HRIS-related projects
• Provide excellent user support to HR and the wider organisation
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to HR strategy

Profile

A successful HRIS Specialist should have:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field
• Proficiency in HiBob HRIS system
• Solid knowledge of HR processes and terminologies
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent training and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

Job Offer
