Role: HRIS Manager

Location: Reading / Basingstoke Area

Salary: £45,250 to £60,000 (dependent on experience)

As the HRIS Manager, you will lead a team of HR professionals in the maintenance and administration of the AWE Learning Management System, providing the relevant technical expertise to ensure services meet customer needs and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement and process optimisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR activities to ensure ongoing provision of fit-for-purpose SaaS HRIS platforms.
  • Assess, validate, and implement vendor-driven upgrades of HRIS platforms.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders according to agreed SLAs.
  • Deliver support to research and resolve HRIS issues; recommend solutions to meet requirements.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding HR data.
  • Maintain high standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to present to various stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and teamwork abilities.
  • Reporting and report writing skills.
  • Expert coaching skills and ability to inspire trust.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Data and process validation skills.
  • Experience in administering HR Systems (e.g., Saba Cloud).
  • Experience in HRIS improvement and development.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience in driving results in a demand-led environment.

This job role is suitable for hybrid working, which is an informal arrangement blending workplace attendance and working from home. If successful, hybrid working opportunities will be discussed before taking up the post.
