Our client, a leading investment management firm based in London, is renowned for its innovative approach and exceptional performance. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a dedicated HRIS and Reporting Associate to join their team and support their HR operations with technology management and insightful analytics.

Position Overview:

The HRIS and Reporting Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and delivering comprehensive HR reporting and analytics. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of HRIS, data management, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging technology to optimize HR processes and provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HRIS Management: Maintain and administer the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations. Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to support HR and business leaders. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform strategic HR decisions.
  • System Integration: Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate the HRIS with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes through the HRIS. Implement best practices to enhance system functionality and user experience.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and support to HR team members and other users of the HRIS. Create user guides and documentation to ensure effective system utilization.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that the HRIS complies with data protection regulations and internal policies. Implement security measures to protect sensitive employee information.
  • Project Management: Lead HRIS-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements. Ensure timely and successful project delivery within scope and budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS management, data analysis, and reporting, preferably in a financial services or investment management environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, HiBOB and TeamTailor) and advanced knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering HRIS projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and best practices in HR data management and security.
