THE TEAM
The HR Shared Services team is the core group within HR that provides global systems and operational support to all Ticketmaster employees. They oversee all day-to-day administrative and transactional activities throughout the employee lifecycle, execute organization-wide processes, problem-solve issues, and lead the strategy behind HR systems and people analytics.
THE JOB
Reporting to the Manager, HR Systems, the HRIS Analyst is a role within the HR Shared Services team that will focus on identifying and delivering process improvements for Workday functionality, primarily for the Workday Learning module. This will include partnering with HR Function Leads and HR Business Partners to identify areas for process improvement, gather data requirements for business processes, and configure solutions in the Workday application. Strong analytics and presentation skills are required.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Configure, test, and deploy Workday business processes.
- Evaluate and optimize current Workday Learning configurations to maximize efficiency and user engagement.
- Work directly with stakeholders to identify, analyze, design, test, and implement new solutions or improvements to existing solutions.
- Identify issues, conduct analyses, and form conclusions.
- Develop and prepare summary analyses to validate system accuracy.
- Develop and maintain learning and training performance metrics and dashboards.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate with stakeholders to turn broad requirements into recommended solutions and deliverables.
- Document requirements and technical specifications to support our solution landscape and HR organizational needs for systems implementation, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Design, configure, test, validate, document, and implement new functionality or improvements to existing functionality in Workday.
- Act as a functional SME for Workday Learning, introducing new features/products to the business and educating the HR/HR Operations team.
- EIB Data loads.
- Work closely with the wider HR team to validate data.
- Ad hoc special projects as required or necessary.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Experience with Workday Learning required. End-user experience as an internal partner (such as HR Partner or HR Coordinator) included.
- Knowledge of downstream integrations to gauge the impact of changes, triage and remedy incidents and/or scope level of effort for new initiatives.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to design and develop solutions to meet business needs creatively.
- Possesses a deep understanding of HR business processes and how systems are their enabler.
- Comfort with leading multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing decisions and tasks effectively, and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, flexible, somewhat unstructured, service-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to modify and adjust individual approach and delivery to fit specific situations.
- Strong experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing others.
- Excellent decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, exercise discretion, prioritize and multi-task in a highly dynamic environment.
- Able to handle a high level of confidentiality regarding employee information.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) required.
- Workday experience highly preferred.
- Working with both a large, diverse, and remote workforce is preferred.
