HRIS Analyst/Human Resources Systems Analyst

HRIS Analyst - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract - London/Hybrid - Up to £55,000 pro rata

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HRIS Analyst to join our London based global law firm on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract basis.

1. Evaluate primarily the People systems to identify points of improvement.
2. Implement HRIS process improvements and policy changes.
3. Serve as the go-to subject matter expert.
4. Work with HR and IT to maintain and improve the People systems' efficiency.
5. Support critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HRIS.
6. Use data to build project plans and ensure adherence to schedule and other specifications.
7. Work with HR to create a reporting suite to drive analytics-based decision making.
8. Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HR system upgrades or patches.
9. Provide production support, including researching and resolving HR system problems.
10. Conduct training whilst also providing guidelines and documentation.
11. Maintain awareness of current trends in HR systems with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years' experience of Workday (HR Systems).
• Experience in Data analytical and data visualization tools, Power BI/Power Query.
• Knowledge/Experience with SQL or PL/SQL.
• Creation/configuration of reports and data analysis.
