Location: Manchester (South) - Possible Hybrid 3 days office / 2 days Home

Days / Hours: 9am - 5.30 pm Mon-Fri

H&S: No requirements

Training / Qualifications: Any Sage related certs. would be advantageous

Expenses: Personal Expenses Paid by the employee / Business Expenses paid by the company.

A dynamic opportunity has opened for a skilled HRIS Analyst to join our team in supporting the management and optimisation of our Human Resource Information Systems. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring data integrity, optimising system performance, and providing valuable insights to drive HR strategies. This position offers an excellent chance to contribute to impactful projects within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain HR data across systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
2. Support HRIS configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting, working closely with the HR and IT teams to resolve any system issues.
3. Analyse HR data and provide reporting to identify trends, inform strategic decisions, and support compliance efforts.
4. Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes, enhance data quality, and implement new system functionalities.
5. Train end-users on system best practices and updates, ensuring teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Experience with HRIS systems, preferably in a large or global organization.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
3. Proficient in data management and reporting tools; experience with SQL or similar is a plus.
4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and guiding end-users.
6. Ideally experience with SAGE People or Salesforce HRIS systems.
