Job description

HR and Training Administrator

£11,764 - £12,141 p.a. for 20 hours a week (over 39 weeks a year/term-time)
(£24,790 - £25,584 p.a. pro-rata)

Join our HR team in this thriving, popular secondary school. You will provide administrative support for staff training and development, induction and appraisal and support the staff development/CPD training programmes for teaching and support staff in liaison with the Deputy Head and HR Team.

Experience of working in a busy environment would be advantageous but most important are good communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
