We are looking for a talented and adaptable HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be essential in supporting our mission by managing talent acquisition, assisting with HR functions, and handling a range of administrative tasks. Your contributions will help us build a strong, dynamic team dedicated to creating engaging and high-quality games, all while fostering connections in our vibrant remote work environment.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
You’ll support all HR functions, such as onboarding new team members, maintaining HR records, and assisting with team relations.
You’ll manage talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews to attract top candidates.
You’ll assist in crafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms to ensure effective recruitment.
You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
You’ll contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance team effectiveness.
You’ll leverage creative, outside-the-box thinking to develop and execute innovative team engagement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
You’ll handle a wide range of HR administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews, preparing documents, and managing HR databases.
You’ll assist with additional ad hoc tasks, including but not limited to organising events for offsites and team gatherings, coordinating training sessions, managing merchandising needs, etc.
What you'll bring to the team:
Proven experience in talent acquisition, including managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ideally within the games industry or similar.
HR experience, with a focus on team engagement and fostering a positive remote work culture.
Strong administrative skills, ideally including organising events, handling scheduling, document preparation, and managing databases.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect warmly and authentically with candidates and remote team members, making them feel valued and supported.
A highly collaborative mindset, working closely with hiring managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure smooth HR and recruitment processes.
Adaptability and flexibility, thriving in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Creative and outside-the-box thinking, allowing you to propose fun and engaging initiatives that boost team morale and connectivity.
