This award-winning business is looking to secure a HR Systems Analyst to report to the Head of HR on a fixed term contract basis (9-12 months). The role is crucial to develop their HR systems, supporting with their transition to a single platform. You’ll ensure accurate reporting, data management and present insights to stakeholders through analytics. The role also includes configuration, query, and system issue resolution work.
Responsibilities include:
To be considered for this role you must be an experienced HR systems expert with sound and concise communication and stakeholder management skills. You should be experienced using visualisation tools such as PowerBI, a confident user of Excel, and have experience of creating dashboards. You must have a proven ability to deliver system enhancements, resolve system issues, and manipulate data sets. A strong customer service ethos is key, along with the ability to proactively find solutions with a can-do and positive attitude.
