HR Systems Analyst

Frazer Jones are pleased to be partnering with a leading technology business with operations in over 100 countries and 5 global offices. This award-winning business is looking to secure a HR Systems Analyst to report to the Head of HR on a fixed term contract basis (9-12 months). The role is crucial to develop their HR systems, supporting with their transition to a single platform. You’ll ensure accurate reporting, data management and present insights to stakeholders through analytics. The role also includes configuration and query and system issue resolution work.

Responsibilities include:

• Act as the HR systems SME to help upskill all employees
• Provide training, coaching and support to staff to ensure the company fully maximises its HR tech
• Ensure the accurate collection, management and security of HR data
• Provide accurate and timely reporting plus analytics of MI and identifying trends of people data
• Ensure appropriate data governance and controls are in place
• Dashboard creation and data visualisation

To be considered for this role you must be an experienced HR systems expert with sound and concise communication and stakeholder management skills. You should be experienced using visualisation tools such as PowerBI, a confident user of Excel and have experience of creating dashboards. You must have a proven ability to deliver system enhancements, resolve system issues and manipulate data sets. A strong customer service ethos is key and the ability to pro-actively find solutions with a can-do and positive attitude.

The role offers a host of benefits and will pay £60-65k with a potential for bonus. They operate a hybrid working model and can be flexible on hours.
