Job Title: HR Systems Administrator

Salary: £29,000 to £31,000

Location: Birmingham City Centre

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a HR Systems Administrator for a fantastic business in Birmingham City Centre. They are looking for someone who is looking to develop their HR career but also someone who has excellent Excel and Data skills!

This role requires someone who has a high degree of knowledge on Excel, e.g., XLOOKUPS, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Conditional Formatting, and advanced formula knowledge.

The Candidate's Responsibilities:

• Implement, develop, and support HR Reporting and data management
• Coordinate all central administration relating to the recruitment, selection, and retention processes
• Maintain and audit HR Systems to ensure accurate data and records
• Analyse HR data to advise and recommend policy and process improvement
• Submit and complete timely and accurate monthly payroll changes
• Maintain accurate absence data
• Provide HR admin support at formal meetings, e.g., drafting invite letters, taking minutes/notes, and compiling hearing packs
• Create and maintain all HR-related templates

Skills Needed:

• Experience within a similar role is necessary
• Excel experience is essential
• An advanced Excel qualification would be ideal
• An understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and a proven team work ethic
• Confidence in decision making and addressing queries
• Ability to identify issues and resolve them effectively and efficiently
