Job description

To provide professional expertise in Organisational Design and support organisation-wide change.

To provide specialist services, advice, guidance and support on organisational design to support the successful transition to, and implementation of, SPA/Police Scotland Target Operating Model (TOM).

Key contributor to advise on organisational design and structures supporting stakeholders and colleagues on the design of future organisational structures, taking a systems approach, with additional remit to upskill and coach our leaders and embed learning/knowledge transfer on organisational design and our organisational change approach and process to enable successful implementation of transformation change projects.

To oversee and provide technical specialist advice and direction on end-to-end transformational organisational change requirements, process, activities and approach, with accountability to grip, develop, educate and embed consistent, high-quality processes, practices, knowledge and understanding to maintain fair, proportionate and class leading impact on the people side of change.
