Ashley Kate are working with an international manufacturing client on a new HR Specialist role. Based on site 3 days a week in Boston.

As an HR Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor to our functional leaders, bringing strong HR expertise to drive performance management, career development, and employee relations. You will also implement best practices aligned with our Ways of Working, ensuring smooth change management across the business.
Salary circa £42k - £46k
