Job description

Key responsibilities:

  1. Highly skilled at process documentation (e.g., procedures, process flows, etc.) and business process management methodology, including the use of process mapping tools and software (e.g., Visio, etc.)
  2. Proven experience within a large, highly matrixed organization with recent work:
  3. Leading execution of change initiatives, documenting, improving, and implementing complex, cross-functional business processes
  4. Conducting data analysis, and delivering executive-level reporting
  5. Advanced knowledge of and demonstrated experience designing, analysing, and modeling business processes, methodologies, and/or toolkits
  6. Demonstrated, hands-on experience creating and evaluating comprehensive, complex, end to end processes in a regulatory environment
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to present effectively to leadership
  8. Excellent meeting facilitation, working session / workshop management, and training skills
  9. Collaboration and influencing skills, with proven ability to address and manage stakeholder needs while prioritising competing objectives, driving progress, and achieving results
  10. Negotiation and conflict management
  11. Proven ability to work effectively across cultures and in a global environment
