We're looking for a HR Shared Services Team Manager (Employee Lifecycle) to join our HR Shared Service Centre looking after our Employee Lifecycle Teams (HR Core Admin and HR Advisors).
Location: Flexible on Location - hybrid working available, with travel to the Rushden Office required 1-2 Days per week.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – between the hours of 8am and 5.30pm - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a HR Shared Services Team Manager (Employee Lifecycle), you'll be working within the HR Shared Service Centre, supporting them in the Management of the HR Core admin team and HR Advisors.
